The Moon occults Jupiter

Did anybody else see today's occultation of Jupiter by the Moon? It was beautiful and, for me, it was a long awaited catching up. I remember reading in the newspaper when I was 10 or 12: "The Moon will occult Jupiter by the end of the month". I couldn't see that one, but I distinctly remember the feeling, and the wonder: "how do they know!".

About 1 minute. We know the moon is voluble, o Fortuna! In this case, though, the culprit is my Canon, ahead of her times. Yesterday the weather was so awful that I didn't check the clock. And this morning, all clear, it was a rush...
