Extraterrestrial Seasons

I was wondering just the other day how you can work out the dates of other planets and/or moons solstices and equinoxes? I found the North Pole RA and Dec on Wikipedia, but that was about as good as my research got. Does anyone know how to calculate the dates from there? Is the North Pole RA and Dec what I should even be using to find out?

For anyone interested, I found a website here that has information on the matter. It uses the beginning of 2000 as its basis for dates, but you can easily work it out for current dates from there.
