Seas of Titan

The complete SAR swatch from Cassini's 22 Feb 2007 Titan encounter was just released, and it's incredible:

It runs from about 32 degrees north almost to the north pole. The variation in terrain with latitude is fascinating, with dune fields in mid-latitudes and lakes and seas near the pole. There are obvious rivers, circular sunken areas that look like calderas, and other features that are harder to interpret. So much that resembles the topography of Earth, yet it arises from a completely different chemistry . . .

It's indeed amazing. Lakes, deserts, mountains and plateaus, etc..
