It's been in totality for about an hour now (and another 1/2 hour to go). Great blood-moon here!!
(I've also been monitoring it's progress in Celestia of course )
Should currently be visible to most people in the pacific or the pacific rim, especially great viewing in New Zealand, Australia, etc....
Should be just rising in Japanese skys and soon will be setting for you if you're on the West Cost of the USA.

I live in Europe so it is impossible for me to see it ... but the last in Europe was on March 2007 if I remember.

I live near St. Louis, in IL. I got up at 4:30 AM CST to see it. By the time I got outside it was already about 80% darkened pretty neat to see it. And then when it reached totality, it got fairly dark, with only a little bit of color to it. It was still really fancy to watch though. I tried filming it, but it was fairly difficult to focus on it because it was so dark. Didn't turn out all that great on the film. Oh well, it was still fun. Now I'm just really tired and have to work until 4:30 PM. It's going to be a long day.

Moon eclipse from Bariloche
I missed the partial phases due to cloud, but the cloud was thin enough to make out where the moon was. The cloud started breaking up after totality, and it was possible to glimpse the moon through the cloud from time to time. At first I couldn't tell if the moon was dark because of residual cloud or if it was the eclipse itself. Around the time of peak eclipse the clouds rolled away, revealing the moon in its glory.
The moon was quite dark, noticeably darker than the eclipse of 2000 (the last total lunar eclipse that was visible from Australia). It was dark enough that one side of the moon was difficult to make out against the sky.
A final treat was in store just after totality ended. The moon was especially colourful, with reds and a distinct greyish hue combined with the sliver of white from the emerging moon. Beautiful.

We had one whole week of clear nights. I was running a simulation of the eclipse over and over in Celestia, tweaking the FOV, figuring out if the elevation would clear the high rooftops of Tokyo. Then blam, on the night of the eclipse the city is struck by a freak thunderstorm. Spectacular light show yes, but eclipse it ain't.
I ended up catching it on the news
