Black planet, HD 149026b

I have the impression to have learned on black planet HD 149026b being almost black from coal. To see on :

My image and my texture by Celestia, the planet with polar dawns : Image

On the surface the black planet HD 149026b

The surface of planet, HD 149026b, is blackest that coal. It absorbs, without reflecting them, almost all the light radiations of its star. The gas planet turns in orbit very close to their star of very high temperature.

The winds which can blow up to 10.000 km/h. Their force is such as they appear able to shift tens of thousands of kilometers the hot point of the lit face, located much more at the east that the site theoretically subjected to the most intense radiations. The temperature of surface, above clouds, is 2040?°C.

What do you think that of it?

I love the second picture. How have you made it ? What cloud texture and what SSC ?

Does it have a surface?

Called HD 149026b, the feverish world emits so much infrared heat that it glows slightly. "It would look like an ember in space, absorbing all incoming light but glowing a dull red," said study leader Joseph Harrington of the University of Central Florida.

Located 279 light-years away in the constellation Hercules, HD 149026b is a so-called hot Jupiter, a giant gas planet that orbits very close to its star. It is a scorching 3,700 degrees Fahrenheit (2,040 degrees Celsius), three times hotter than Mercury and hotter than the coolest stars.

He/she is totally pimping their site. This click 2 find. Look at each post his/her post, and the link is there. I am not sure if its a bot or some viral marketing scheme, but i doubt safertr is a real person.

If this is a bot, it is a dam smart one. This means they now can glean a thread and find information about what the post is about and post similar oriented info iwhile imbeding the response with crappy links.

Pardon my language.

I know. It might be a person who works for some money inserting the 'click 2 find' URL.

My post was rather meant as a 'polite' suggestion for Selden to eliminate this crap! ;-) . It is to be found in many other Physics and Astronomy threads as well...

I sent safertr a PM, which has been read, so the poster is unlikely to be a bot. At the moment I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

There are bots that do that. There are also bot that IM back and forth, but there easy to catch.
