Ind Questionian Ocean Quake

I have heard reports on the news that the earthquake that caused the tsunami in the indian ocean has shifted the earth on its axis by at least one inch. How does that affect us astronomically? What effects will that have on the moon? Did this cause us to tilt more on our axis or less? Thanks for any response in advance.
