Hi Brian:

1. You must open the next file (Windows users): --> C:\Program Files\Celestia\celestia.cfg
2. Open the file with the notes block:

3. Delete this code
4. Copy the text of http://exoplanet.bravehost.com/LabelledStars.txt
5. Keep where was the previous one, and press "ctrl+g" key
6. Open Celestia Program, and press b key
