target name is lost 'Excelsior Class Starship'

Post #1by ph » 27.06.2005, 23:01

Hello.
'Excelsior' is beautiful. Because It is watched a bright window in the dark side of the Excelsior :-)

But, target name is lost in the top left corner when I clicked this body by mouse.

excelsior.ssc ( original )
"Excelsior" "Risa A/Risa"{...}
" " "Risa A/Risa"{...}

Then replace both part like this ...

excelsior.ssc ( chang to )
" " "Risa A/Risa"{...}
"Excelsior" "Risa A/Risa"{...}

It's just target name is collect.
--------------------
A bright window of 'Station V', "2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY" ???

thanks.

Hi Ph,This is a by-product of having to use two models (one -the parts that dont glow,two -those that do).So that these two pieces are not so confusing in the Navigation menu,I just named the glowing parts " ",but if you prefer you can easily edit the ssc file to call it something else (Excelsior glow perhaps).You can easily reset the name to the top left corner of the screen by finding Excelsior in Navigation menu and click OK .Hope this explains matters Jestr

Jestr's Millennium Falcon is the same.
