In the 1950's Colliers commissioned a set of paintings showing Von Braun's ideas of manned space flight.
I decided that I'd like to do a few models of this.
Here is the First. A ferry/Shuttle.
It still needs some work, but when i finish this, i will upload it and the others i do.

Rhino 3D.
Its the only program i have and know how to use...........

This design takes me back; when I was a kid I had a picture book from the 1950's with spaceships based on these designs.
I remember the surface of the Moon, in particular was depicted as a plateau covered in razor sharp mountains; on the other hand Uranus was depicted as a featureless green ball, so they were not so far wrong.
