In a private communication, ESA has kindly provided updated trajectories of the Rosetta comet mission for use with Celestia.
They're available at http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/spacecraft.html#3.4.5
Note that the Earth flyby xyz trajectory is geocentric rather than heliocentric. The orbit path drawn by Celestia looks a little odd, but seems to be fine when you watch the space probe travel.
