Can anyone point me to the most recent extrasolar add-on? Or is the one that comes with Celestia still the way to go?

Chris and Grant do their best to keep up to date the file that's included with Celestia.

Depending on which version of Celestia you're running, you might want to download the most recent version from SourceForge at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/celestia/celestia/data/extrasolar.ssc
