I was brousing one of the links on here and found a saturn and a jupiter tour cel. file. I did both tours and learned some really interesting things!Are there any more tours like this on the other planets and moons?

A lot of them, both in .cel and .celx format.
Go to the Celestia Scripting Forum and you'll find all of them, and many information on how to use and make your own ones.

There is also a webpage devoted to Celestia education, which contain detailed journeys through the Celestia universe. They are not scripts but step by step journeys taken through the use of a learning document called a Celestia Activity. Your read the document and a lot of facts about a space object, planet, star, etc., then click a link and Celestia will take you there.
