Shuttle radiator texture

I think this is probably a 'finish off' for this model. I've been trying my best for ages and still can't get it right!

I would like to substitute the texture for a more realistic one (jpg/medres). Any ideas?

Best regards...bh.

Here's an PLB radiator I created awhile ago for Orbiter:

Thanks for that OrbiterFan...I was thinking along these lines myself. Unfortunately I've used Anim8tors UV texture command and now I can't get the new textures to align properly without re-doing the model.

I could try distorting the new textures by trial and error to get them to fit and then just post the upgraded texture with the same file name, or I could just repost all the models again.

I think I will leave this for now.

These new radiator textures are much better than the old ones:

I will probably use these on future postings of my shuttle models.

If any ones using Anim8tor...you can modify your own models with this texure:

I think this is starboard side, so you will have to flip the image over for the port side 'rads'.

Don't forget...if you are using the 'split' config...you must split the image too! Otherwise you will end up with too many panels!
