Morrowind's planet.
I think the planet that Morrowind/Daggerfall was set on, with it's two interesting moons, would be a great add on. I don't know how to make this stuff. I'm just getting this out there in case there is someone who needs an idea for something to do. Zoom.

If you build it, they will come....
You're right, two moons are fun . Even more fun is a world that is a moon itself, with a giant primary.
If you post as much detail as you can (or better still, URLs that point to valid data), Its likely someone will think about giving the system a go.
Even better yet, try it yourself. Most of the settings in Celestia .ssc files (where solar systems are defined) are classical astronomical data, and if you can get a map, so long as its sized in powers of 2 (ie: 512 x 256, 2048 x 1024, 4096 x 2048), you can place it on any planet you want, just to test it out.
There's plenty of info out there on how to build systems for Celestia, so give it a try . I built one, so can you.
