Large font txf files

Hello,
I'm working on a Celestia project which will have school children using the software via a Kinect control interface, projected onto a big screen.
I'll be showing them several scripts with text overlaye (print{}), but I've found the the supplied fonts are too small to be easily legible. helv24.txf looks good but is still too small. I have tried creating a larger font .tfx file using ttf2txf.exe (as linked to from another thread here) but I have so far been unable to get it to make a .txf file. It gets so far as to list the source font and the characters it will convert, but it doesn't actually make the file.
I wondered: would someone here be so kind as to generate a few large font .txf files for me? Any clear font will be fine, such as Arial Bold (arialbd.ttf) and I would like to try some large sizes, e.g. 36pt, 40pt, 50pt, maybe larger.
