TNO Add-on

I am just working on an add-on with TNO's ? 400km diameter.
At the moment i have 9 cubewanos, 6 plutions and 3 SDO's.
It contains:
- ephemerides (all objects, data taken from IAU Minor Planet Center)
- radius and albedo (all objects, data from scientific literature)
- sideral rotation period (8 objects, data from IAU Minor Planet Center)

My plans are now to add the color and moons.
It would be nice to get some help. There are some little problems:

Color: How can I translade b-v, b-r, etc. into RGB?

Moons: For some objects i wish to use a center of mass between the binary components. It would be nice, when someone send me a blueprint for binary systems. Pluto-Charon seems to be a little bit tricky to use.

License: Under which license can I upload the Add-on. My sources are IAU, JPL and papers on arxiv.org or similar websites.

Unless I'm mistaken, the masses and orbits of most KBOs/TNOs are only poorly, if at all, known.
Current Setup:
Windows 7 64 bit. Celestia 1.6.0.
AMD Athlon Processor, 1.6 Ghz, 3 Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

Masses are really difficult. Thats why I don't have the plan to put them in.

The orbits are good enough. Most of the objects are known for years.
They are better known as some minor moons of the planets, which are in Celestia.
