Installed Celestia version 1.6.0 and everything fine. Installed either of Runar Thorvaldsen's "A portrait of our sun" and they both have a darker hole in the middle when you get reasonably close. Picture attached. Flares seem to be working ok. Is this a problem with the addon or have I got to adjust something. If It Helps

OK solved now. I forgot the addon fix for Celestia 1.5, that works on 1.6 also. Any chance of including the fix with the motherload files to prevent this problem.

Since the Celestia Motherlode can only provide files which were uploaded by the author,
Runar has to upload his update to the Motherlode before we are allowed to host it.
So I will add a donwload link to his update in the 'A portrait of our sun' entry soon.
I think this is okay for Runar.
Nevertheless I will point him to this thread.
