I've been having trouble finding an answer to this one. Is there a way to create a celx file that not only takes you to a specific place but also to a specific date and time?

I'm setting up a scene with a space station which has a nebula as the background. I'm trying to get the position of the POV just right and I think a celx is the best way to do this, does anyone have any suggestions?
