Can someone recommend me the best planet add-ons?

Post #1by ComicMaster » 08.04.2007, 02:37

I want to have a really great, hi-res inner solar system, but there are quite a few downloads for each planet. Could someone tell me what the best downloads for each planet are?

Best is a matter of Opinion

My advice would be to search out the maps or use the motherload
here > http://celestiamotherlode.net

You could download three of the same maps at a time.
Then re-name the files to the same filename and put one in each of the three Res folders.

Then switch between the resolutions to see what one of the three you like best.
shift-R to move up a resolution, and R to move down
CPU- Intel Pentium Core 2 Quad ,2.40GHz
RAM- 2Gb 1066MHz DDR2
Motherboard- Gigabyte P35 DQ6
Video Card- Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS + 640Mb
Hard Drives- 2 SATA Raptor 10000rpm 150GB
OS- Windows Vista Home Premium 32

Thanks, John. No rush. The views achievable using Levels 0-4 are quite spectacular.
