How do I install the Pulsars J0737-3039 addon? Where do I place the __macosx folder and the Field-lines folder and the rest?

Drop the addon's folder directly into your extras folder. That's all. And please, read the readme.txt file.

That __macosx (or whatever) file seems to serve no purpose. I delete them all the time when I install add-ons. And the add-on continues to run fine.
Current Setup:
Windows 7 64 bit. Celestia 1.6.0.
AMD Athlon Processor, 1.6 Ghz, 3 Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
