Does anyone have the definition for this famous six star system? I am
surprized that it does not ship with Celestia when many other multiple
star systems are there e.g. Capella, Sirius, Rigal Kent, Mizar
Castor?

Do you mean, Why Castor is only a single system in celestia? Well, if that is your question, I have updated Castor myself to the best of scientific accuracy, would you like my stc. file? I have also done Delta Cygni, a triple star system.
