Good 3d conversion software.
I am trying to convert .lwo files to 3ds for an addon. Seems the accutrans keeps crashing on me

How big is the Lightwave .lwo file? If you provide a link to the file, I can
try to convert it with Accutrans. If the file size is too big (58 megabytes)
Accutrans chokes. I searched for file format converters using search engines
and found one for $800 that may work for your conversion, but I assume you
do not want to pay that much.
