Star wars rendering help

hey everyone i need some help with a problem i've got. I want to get the full star wars experience out of celestia but a lot of the files i cant download like the imperial star destroyer or the republic space cruiser for example. i've checked the correct renderings and i've done a lot of research about wat to do but i just dont know. can i get some help? i install the add-ons but i restart celestia and i dont even have the objects listed in the browse star system list

If you can't see them, then you must not be doing the correct things. You'll have to tell us exactly what you are doing, step by step, so someone can figure out where you've gone wrong.

ok i unzip the file, i place each file in their selective folders(i put the scc,stc, and dsc file in extras AND data because someone recommended that but even before i did that they didnt work) i put 3ds, cms, and cmod files in models, and i put jpg, png, and all other image formats in textures and then i start celestia and their not there. i do the same procedure with other add-ons and they work

The catalog files go in \extras\addon\
(where addon is the name of the addon you're installing).

\extras\addon\data\ normally is used only for an addon's xyz files.

The models go in \extras\addon\models\

The surface texture images have to go in \extras\addon\textures\medres\ not \textures\
