Here are two new worlds to look at, Epi and Aresca.
There has been a bit of a delay recently with Proxima Centauri project since my computer is going to be upgraded and I need to make preparations for it, so we'll just have to be patient in the time being.
The first world is Epi. It is a small gas giant in a highly eccentric inclined orbit nearly perpendicular to Proxima Centauri's ecliptic plane. Coloured reddish-purple due to a mix of Rayleigh scattering and red Proxima Centauri light, other features include brown hydrocarbon bands across the equator and purplish water clouds near the poles, their colour also coming from the red light. Dust particles are rampant in this world's atmosphere.
Epi:
The second planet is Aresca. A Mars like world that, due to the cold temperature, exhibits water ice all over it's surface, possibly making it more of a large Sedna.
Aresca:

Here's another new planet. This planet is called Dis. It is another Mars like world, although it is Titanish in appearance. It has an inclined orbit.
This is it's moon. This world is called Dat. White ice is evenly spread across it's dark red surface. It has a bluish haze.

The Demeter System
Hello,
Back again with a new planet (Demeter) and it's two moons (Starlight and Kankymede).
Here are some more pictures to look at:
Above: Demeter, the oblate gas giant and it's gigantic Neptune-sized terrestrial moon Starlight. Each of these worlds owe their active night glows to the gravitational effect on eachother. Starlight is one of the reasons Demeter is so oblate, the other reason is that Demeter rotates on it's axis in under 10 hours.
Above: Kankymede, the outer moon. That pink stuff you see isn't clouds, it's frost. Kanymede is mysterious. It is believed to have flown out of the inner region of the solar system so fast that the lack of temperature was so sudden that the clouds frosted still in their final patterns, preserved.
The date of when the first work in progress upload of Proxima is going to be uploaded to the Motherlode is uncertain, but it will be no earlier than February 27th, and may take until mid March.
Comments are welcome, I'm adding more images soon!

New Planets
Hello,
I haven't worked on Proxima Centauri that much lately, so it is still not finished but I have made some new planets, the first called Radia which lies inbetween the gas giants of the system, here's a picture:
This is the planet so far, but I've still got to add a night texture to it, as it is a radioactive place.
Next is the gas giant Poseidon, a blue world a bit larger than Neptune. Here's another picture:
In the next picture is Poseidon's second moon Juhe, it is lit by both Proxima and the two other Alpha Centauri stars as shown in the image:
Here's the most recent world I have made for Proxima Centauri, Carusis, another moon of Poseidon which can be seen from behind in the screenshot:

Anybody got any comments? Not to sound desperate or anything, but I would like to hear some guidance and suggestions for my work just to see if I'm heading in the right direction and to get some ideas if possible. So if you have got anything to say, please write it.

Unfortunately, it is extremly annoying to have to wait for long downloads of large pictures over and over again when trying to read new posts to your threads.

Thanks Kikinho
I think I've actually gone as detailed as 2k textures will allow, I'm thinking about using Vrtual Textures in my next addon.
Btw, did you manage to download Lera System (my first addon) ok? A long time ago now on the Lera Forum you said that you couldn't download the zip file properly.

Oops sorry, just got a little overexcited about the thread and put everything in full size. I will edit the posts. Personally it doesn't bother me that much in other threads, but maybe that's just me.
Since you decided to post in this thread, did you have any comments or favourite screenshot Selden?

The Lera system runs without problems. What program you use for your textures. GIMP? I use Photoshop 7.
My next add-on will have up to 2k and png textures for all people can see my textures.
I hope you to finish soon your add-on so I can download it.

Have you finished your Proxima Centaury Add-on? It's because you sad that you will finish it in mid March, and we are now in April. If you didn't finished it, please put more and more planets and moons. This will be a real big system.

Hi Kikinho,
I use Paint Shop Pro 6 to make my planets.
The first "work in progress" release of Proixma Centauri was due for mid March at the latest, but due to having my computer upgraded and not being able to get on the internet for about a month, not much work has been happening on Proxima for a long period of time and I now plan to release it once it is completely finished.
I have made 18 planets and moons for Proxima's Solar System so far, the Lera System had twice that, so I've got a bit more work to go... I was thinking to make about 50 planets, moons, asteroids and comets for Proxima originally, but now I'm not sure. I do want it to be bigger than Lera though.

To put it in more detail, the textures aren't really a work of Paint Shop Pro only, as I use the Lunarcell plugin and I also merge other textures together with mine (that were not neccesarily made with Paint Shop Pro) to add detail. Then I use Paint Shop Pro 6 to add some other things and change the colour of the texture.
Thanks for your interest,
Michael

Here's Magellan (picture above), the fourth moon of Poseidon. This world is rather interesting. It is shrouded in pinkish clouds covering a global ocean of flourine. It is a double moon, so it is in close contact with another moon, this moon is called Minsae. As well as orbiting around Poseidon, these moons orbit around eachother through gravitational interaction.
The resulting tidal force makes Magellan very tectonic, and glowing spreading ridges beneath a sea of flourine can be seen on the nightside of this world, as well as other green glowing features.

Here's an image of another of planet Poseidon's moons, Minsae. Minsae, as well as orbiting Poseidon, also shares a strange gravitional relationship with Magellan, which it is always very close to.
In the distant past, acid rain was common in places of Minsae, and in places this has coloured the areas a dull yellow.
Next moon to be featured: Tritonia, the last moon of planet Poseidon.
