My new addon!

Image

This image is my new addon that I will only finish when the next version of Celestia come.

Each star of this cluster have at least one planet or more planets.

The cluster is divided in two: A big part and s mall part of the group.

Also, I will put more stars and systems.

All the textures are in medres folder and are in PNG format. Each planet or moon have your texture, normal maps and some of them have specular and night textures.

All textures are 2k ( 2048x1024 size ).

Is there something wrong, or it is all correct for I upload it?

I think announcements of new add-ons should be done in the "Add-on" department.

Based on Rassilon, i'm doing an addon that is a very little universe with nice textures and systems.

For years I've always thinking of doing a perfect universe with undead stars.
This special universe looks like more a nebulae than a universe. But it's a universe, and it's made of near and always stable stars.

This universe is a fantasy place, a perfect place. This universe makes stars to be always stable. Some stars are subdwarfs and some are main sequence. But when the star is in main sequence, the frictional process start. And this makes the star to be always in infinite balance.
The process of these stars are: Transform the hydrogen to helium using nuclear fusion and transform the helium to hydrogen using frictional force.
But the second process is unknown and NOBODY living this universe know how it happens.

This universe is controled by an infinite powerful spirit. Things can only pass to the outer universe with it's permission. This means that this universe have an owner.

What do you think of implementing this addon to the next version of Celestia? I will not implement this addon the to current version because it will look like better having the new effects of the next version.

It's always good if an universe has a good and powerful spirit. Sometimes, we urgently need one in our universe ;-)

And what do you think of these "perfect stars". Imagine living in a universe that you will never need to worry about dying stars. The hotter stars are also "special".

Death is part of life. I see no need why stars should not have to "die"...

Did you read the process of fusion and friction of these stars? These processes are responsable for the "undead effect".

Have a look at the first post. It now have three stars. These stars are B and O type. I will put more stars. I've modified because I want a new new type of universe-cluster. This type of cluster have much hot stars, but all have planets, have complex live and these stars will never end.
The big group will have hotter stars, like O, B, A and WN. The medium group will have F, G and K stars. The small group will have cold stars like M, R, N, S, L and T stars. And will have also a very very small group of D and Q stars. This universe-cluster will also have black holes and a new type of star: white hole. :)

Really, this background info isn't particularly relevant, particularly since you're not showing us anything but a clump of stars.

Finish the add-on, then present it here with any "background" you want to describe. Meanwhile, it's not really useful for you to post every step of your add-on. It's not even particularly useful to ask us to comment on background, because none of us are really here to read about "background" on systems - we're here because we use Celestia to visualise the universe.

It's kinda like coming to a technical forum about cars and talking about where you drive with them. That's great and all, but when people on the forum are generally interested in the cars themselves - not where you've been in them - it gets a bit annoying to hear travel tales all the time. ;)

Hey Kikino, listen'up boy!

I'm making an addon too, yes me, a big and nice addon, with lots and lots of stars, and stuff, and other stars, and some planets around'em. My textures are really nice. Lots of planets too, ya'know.

And I'm gonna add some other stars, of the Y, U, L, K, Z, and H types. Some green stars, purple and pink stars, and shinny planets. Some will have some ice, on the stars that is. Guess what, I'l release my new addon very soon. Did I said it will have some nice stars in it, and planets and stuff ? I'm already seing the stars all shinning !!!!!!!!!!!

This universe-cluster will also have black holes and a new type of star: white hole. :)

I like the idea of of white hole. Isn't it supposed to be an anti-black hole that generates matter instead of using it's massive gravitational pull to collect all matter into a singularity :?:

Almost right. I think the theory's fallen out of favour nowadays, but a white hole was supposed to be what you'd get at the other end of a black hole that didn't destroy everything that came into it. I guess you could say it "generates matter" in the sense that stuff comes out of it, but it'd mostly be in the form of EM radiation rather than matter.

Oh, I had the vision of stars and planets coming out of it rather than radiation. White Holes may exist, but probably not in our universe. Who knows, all of our black holes may lead to different universes, even ones where antimatter has ruled over matter!
