Unfortunately, we haven't seen bruckner (the owner and maintainer of that site) for quite some time. He left (August?) of last year, sometime near that, for his honeymoon. No one (as far as I know) has seen hide nor hair from him since. His site on the other hand, has "fallen into disrepair", in other words its no longer online. I am even at a loss to tell you where you can get any of the files. I actually have a very small number of them on my site, and a few more on my hard drive I haven't gotten around to putting online yet.

I managed to download most of the stuff on Bruckners site when it was partially dead using the google cache. Though I think the cache has been flushed since then
I could probably find a particular addon on my hard drive, but keep in mind that many of them are obsolete. If you have all of the other addons, your not missing too much.
As for a star/system editor there hasn't been one created yet (not one thats easy to use anyway).
There have been a few generators though.
