I just spent over an hour (maybe 2) coming back and forth to my computer and writing a reply to your post. When I clicked "submit", the screen went to the logon page. I had to relog on and then lost my original text. Talk about peeved! I am going to walk away from this and will send you a substantial reply either tonight or tomorrow..

Yeah! You are not alone. The only way for not losting the text is to click on the "go back one page" button of the browser before to do the new log in and pasting the text within the clipboard.
Never at rest.

first hit on google

and images have been a target of copyright Maximilianus and there "copyright TROLLS "
I downloaded my image from the FREE STOCK IMAGES category. Why can't it be used? Am I missing something?
the clause in the "Turbophoto.com" site
states
and must not resell or redistribute the digital photo files for other people to use or copy.
that means that YOU yes YOU and maybe the Motherload can be sued if someone uses that copy of their image that is in the add on in something else

you CAN use it
BUT you can NOT LET OTHERS USE IT

now being edited one could make a legal clame that it is a derivative work and there for not subject to the sites copyright
and you would probably win
but it might cost you $150,000 USD in legal fees to win

Are you sure editing it wouldn't make it worse?

Publication of derivative works require permission from the copyright holder of the original work.
