M31 and Milky Way Stars

Could somebody create (or link to) an addon showing individual stars in M31 and possibly extra stars in the Milky Way? I'd like to be able to put fictional systems in M31 and on the other side of the Milky Way. As long as all those extra stars don't choke Celestia. :roll:
