Hi Again
As you know I started to create a new solar system around a fictional star that I created myself. So far I have
1) The star
2) A nice nebula background
3) 5 rocky planets
Heres what is still to come
1) 1 gas giant and 1 ice giant
2) A comet
Here is the problem. Comets for me are easy but what I would like to know is how to create a good gas giant texture from scratch without a seem! Solar Voyager's "Cooking With Gas" tutorial is very good but I have heard also that you can make excellent gas giants using GIMP. Could someone give me a tutorial on how to do this please? I will download GIMP now.
Thanks
Mr Noob
