I?am looking for 8k Earth, Moon and Mars textures...and I will be grateful if some one can tell me how to work with .dds files, how can I add the textures in to the Celestia....

As a newbie there is no way you can ask stupid questions, only ignoarant ones, and your ignorance will be cured with only a little time spent with Celestia.
To answer your first question, you should visit my Celestia Add-on Catalog at home.uchicago.edu/~joebolte/celestia You can find many sizes of textures for all the planets. As to your second question, I am not sure whether you mean installing dds that others have made for Celestia or creating your own. I hope this helps and have fun exploring.
