Hi all,
i`ve taken the texture from Bj?rn J?nsson and make a little experimentation with it. I`ve made 2 map`s of Saturn and colorized the ring a little bit like the picture from cassini spacecraft. Here are some screenshots. What do you think? Pic 1+2 are links to larger Pics.
And here the comparison Picture from Cassini.

I don`t no what version is better and fit the original near 100%?
I need more feedback about the textures.

I would chose the second,more similar to Hubble?s photo.Is it a 2k texture of Saturn?Or is another one 1k?

The texture are 2k, made from the 1800x900 Map of Bj?rn J?nnson. before i put the texture to download i experiment a little bit with colloring and details.
No longer waiting, maybe tomorrow.

I like the First texture
seems to match the Cassini picture much more.
Good work David

Hello Commander D
Both textures look good, and I've gotta agree with Paul, pic 1 looks the best as it is the nearest match to the Cassini image. Would it be right to say that Cassini images are the most accurate currently available?

Image 1: Slightly too dark
Image 2: Too blue

I think similar to GUEST: I cant decide which one looks better... I'd say that a combination of both will be the best one... the blue from one and the colors from the other...
But they both looks very good, nica job!
