I was seeing your gallery and really like your Venus texture. How did you get the cool efect of seeing the surface beneath the transparent clouds? What files did you use and what is your ssc like?I wonder if you get this photo with the I key toggled off,so if you toggle the "I" key, your Venus show the upper layer of clouds. So you have 2 layers of clouds and the surface. Is it right?

Hello Daniel
The Venus I am using has two layers the firey orange surface and a cloud layer

But the Venus clouds I am currently useing, I found a while back on Bruckners web site, (wich is no longer running)
And are more transparent than they should be (for effect)

I also have the more solid cloud layer as well, in my Lores folder
so i can switch between them.

here are my Venus settings
