OK,but the problem is that I have 2 k texture in Jupiter,Moon,Mars and Earth and still my frame rate is around 20-30 fps or less.In the nebulas, the framerate is around 60 fps,and in Jupiter too.
I was with 4 k texture in Io and Moon,2K texture in Earth and its clouds,2k texture in Europa,2 extrasolar planets textures, extra texture in Sun,and 8 nebulas.I was with 10-15 fps or less if I approach a 4 k texture or even Earth and Moon together.
Well,I have toggle video properties for Quincuxx AA e 2XAF.Do someone can help me?What?s wrong?
I?m using Direct X 9.0 and the driver Nvidia 43.45 for Windows XP.My computer is a Athlon XP 1800,256 MB RAM DDR 256 and VGA GEFORCE 4 MX 440 SE.

Are you useing the large stars database?
If so try reducing the amount of star you can see with the "{" key

Also are you using any bump maps?
as some badly made bumpmaps can cripple Celestia.

And how much v-ram on your Gforce 4 ?
