I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a 4k jupiter texture; any format will do. I have honestly searched for a couple of days but no joy. Thanks in advance.

I have a fairly high quality 2k texture i can post, with rings and clouds. ( in DDS format)
have a look at my gallery to see if it will do.
just incase you dont find the 4k you are asking for.

Yeah I really like the texture I'm useing now.
It's one of the better ones I've seen.
But i have had it for a long time now, and I totally forget where it originally came from.
So just let me know if you want it and ill zip it up and post it direct.
or i'll put it on my web site for a short while, incase others want it too.
Even if you do find a higher rez version
ill still zip up the clouds and rings for you, if you dont already have them.

Actually, I don't have the rings. I would really appreciate that paul. If you could put those on your website or post them that would be great.
Thanks!

Hello...I've a 2k bumped version. I did the bump map following Rass' technique...and it looks quite nice!
Paul...I would like to give your 4k a try out. I don't know whether the ring system on my version is very accurate...(I doubt it!). But it looks real cool.
Regards...bh.
