Well here are some pictures of the final texture in the NASA educational project I have been working on. In the project the final stages of terraforming are near or around 3500 AD. I have scaled the pictures down to help with bandwidth issues and to speed download times.
So here is the first picture. It is over Aureum Chaos, Xanthe, and the Hellas Sea near the terminator from night to day.
The Second is from the dark side. As you can see, Mars in 3500 AD is very populated planet.
Well I think that’s enough teaser shots for now. I am putting the final touches on the textures and the last of the compressing to dds format. I not be making all the textures available for download as they total up to over 400mb when all put together. Chris simply cant support the bandwidth of such a huge collection and neither can I at my end. I will probably put about 8 of the best transitional textures together to replace my old terraformed Mars textures. So stay tuned here for more pictures and more info on the project as I get it.
