i did lots of internet research and i finally found this
REAL data Enceladus height map (DEM/Digital Elivition Model

(fyr said i needed to cite the article if i am going to use it
so you guys must do the same too)
Added after 28 seconds:
i did some tiny adustments so it lines up with FGN's enceladus
Added after 34 seconds:
and i may do a version without joints
