Shape of the Milky Way updated based in Robert Hurt's Concept

Updates of my version respect to the Milky Way of the 1.61. version:
1. Resizing the center bar to connect to Perseus arm and Scutum-Centauros arm.
2. Increasing thickness of the Perseus and Scutum-Centaurus arms.
3. Attenuation of the Sagittarius and Norma arms.
Steps:
1. Download the next image titled MilkyWay.png:
2. Go to folder titled Celestias/Models
3. Replace the old pic with new image titled MilkyWay.png
