How big is the cmod file ?

I tried the textures. The normal map has a problem : too much unatural noise, that look likes aligned dots.

At some areas it looks like it is supposed to represent small craters, but then there are some regular patterns... it almot looks like it is made from a 8bit bump map :biggrin: it probably was not supposed to be 4k. Maybe you might just want to denoise the normalmap or use a gaussian blurr (taking into account the left and right edges which might produce a break if processed incorrect)

Random Minor Bodies... I'm remembering the debates about Pluto, and the "Minor planets" status. There are tons of these bodies in the Kuiper Belt. (Many years ago, I signed, with many, many people, on the "New Horizons" cd, that the probe carry in this aera, just now. This was my 'Celestia attitude', at this time). John, your texture is very remarquable.
