3ds texturing model

After I managed to put my model in celestia now I have texturing problem, here it is;
I edited the texture picture to 512x512 and in cinema 4d I textured the solar panels, but the problem is i exported the model from solidworks so its complicated and so many meshes are formed when I export it to 3ds. Anyway after exporting it to .3ds I put it in models folder and edited the ssc file and put my texture jpg to medres folder(by the way while I was texturing in c4d i used the picture from celestia medres directory) after that when I run the celestia it covers the whole satellite containin even the antennas, and I also tried to delete texture indicating line from ssc file, this time solarcells became totally invisible on the model, next I tried to change it .cmod but in cmod file type its also all over covered and I if delete texture line in ssc and run with cmod this time the model turns totally black! what is the problem? I just have 1 day left for delivering the animation please help
