Found a cool texture for a planet

I found this pic while searching the web. I do not have Photoshop or any "good" grafix programs, just MSPaint and Micrografix Pic Publisher(which you can't get anymore). Anyway, I can't get this to be a seamless texture. Any help would be cool. :)

PS to fungun:
You must displace the image horizontally and smooth out the seam with brushes.
If your paint program can??t do this well, go get the GIMP - it is free.
