How do I upgrade textures on plantes?!?!?!

Could someone please explain what I need to download from the motherload website to generally improve the detail of the plant surfaces I found the textures section but there are only upgrades for single parts of a city and I don't understand what the other upgrades do. I am currently running a GeForce 7series graphics card and have set the different rendering steeings and, even on the top setting, the texture is still very blurred.
