Installing EarthNight VT

Hi all!

I have a problem that I can't find an answer to anywhere around.

Recently I have downloaded BlueMarble VTs for Earth and they work fine. I also wanted Earth to look cool on night side, so I dl-ed a NightEarth VT pack by John van Vliet. Here's the problem - no README, no ssc, ctx files. Only levelX folders. So, the question is - how to install it?

Furthermore, should I soon download normal/bump maps as well and they happen to be undocumented as well how to install them?

And one more bonus question: What do those 16K/32K for VTs mean? My GeForce FX 5200 claims to support 4K textures but those dl-ed 16K seem to work.

You need to read the documentation on Virtual Textures that's on the Motherlode's documentation page.
