Not as far as I know. I checked for that sometime ago, and the only software I found that claims to be able to do those nolinear scalings are 5000€++ professional GIS Tools.
Of course that scaling is only a tiny part of the whole tools, but I couldn't find a standalone solution yet. I would really appreciate if someone is able to find one.

Now the Spain virtual textures are fixed and fully compatible with spec and night maps. Everything is now in the correct place (before there was displacements of about 50-90km). I also included a level5 texture. You can download the fixed version in my web site:

The texture was improved,but it still has some artifacts,like the red squares(representing fires!?) and the limits of the countries.I am surprised that this couldn?t be modified using Photoshop or some image editor.Is there a limit to manipulate a image?

YES, there is a limit. Me :roll:
Sorry if I forgot only one small red square inside Spain map and if I didn't have enough computer and time to remove country lines.
Sorry if roads don't include cars.

You can use default Blue Marble level 5 if you want.
