How edit atmosphere in this code i need a small explain

Right now I'm just copying and pasting the MIE paramenters from the solsys.ssc file

I didn't now how edit this code and made my addons still in old 1.4.1 atmosphere version style without new effects.
Only one planet Nova Terra i made with new effects lucky.
My question is how edit and what part of this code why answer ?
