Celestia desktop overlay?

Dunno if anyone has thought of this or done it, but I think a desktop overlay add-on (to get Celestia to "shine through" desktop or a specified screen color like you can do with Winamp's Advanced Visualization Suite) would rock.
If anyone has made one, please show me where I can get it.
