Does anyone have a good idea of how the VSOP87 theory works code-wise? Can anyone explain to me how to put the series together or have a link to a tutorial? I have as of yet been unsuccessful in finding anything short of passing references to the theory.

Basically, I am trying to find the best way to determine precise planet locations given a time in UTC.
