i have read about a ship orbitin venus called Magallanes or something like that. it took the radio pictures that show how the venus surface looks like.

any body want to model it?

I think you are meaning the MAGELLAN orbiter which was launched from the space shuttle in 1989.

Perhaps this is another spacecraft Jack could model for us!!!?

I rekon that Venus and Mercury need to be more interesting, so a few probes and orbiters around them should do nicely! Maybe MARINER 10 around Mercury or a VENERA or two around Venus!

Yeah... I'm quite interested in the launch of these vehicles from the shuttle. It would be great to try and recreate this with what we've got so far. Over to you Jack.
