On the left, we see Io being occulted by Europa. In the right-hand image, we see Europa being the most distant moon with quite some distance to Io that is much closer.

Which Jupiter Texture are you using, cuz it looks very good!

I mostly use only my own "products";-). I have made Jupi with GIMP from a 2k raw texture in tight comparison with the best "true color" jupiter photos some time ago. It uses rotating clouds, and well tuned spec lights + haze effects. Like with my often used 2k clouds, the main issue was to make the texture look good also at close distance...

Unfortunately, I have not yet come around to "modernize" my TextureFoundry site...It needs complete refurnishing, since a) many texture orientations were incorrect (=>Grant!) and b) there is now spec + dynamical bump support via separate files.
