how about some new atmosphere feature?

Well, you see, Celestia have a lot of great feature like atmospheric scattering, specular, bump, and whatever you ask...
So I've been editing atmosphere with mie and rayleigh algorithm alot, so it's been very familiar editing those.. Until I discover something interesting that some of you might know....
just for info, you can find it here, with filesize 3.6 GB!: http://evasion.inrialpes.fr/~Eric.Bruneton/
How about in Celestia?
Back to topic, so what I'm trying to tell is, how about adding like 'atmosphere density' or 'mie density' ? I'm not complaining to what celestia have now but it looks alot more realistic than celestia now. I have one question anyway, in the ssc files, some are written 'hazedensity' which is used to add colorized haze to the planet WITH the nvidiaCombiner render path, not opengl 2.0 nor others.. is there any way to have those effect WITH the opengl 2.0 render path but still having the mie effect?
