The Cassini-Hyugens Saturn probe makes a flyby of Saturn's moon Phoebe 19 days before Saturn orbital insertion. (See http://esapub.esrin.esa.it/bulletin/bul ... 2kohlh.htm )

An updated version of Cassini's xyz trajectory is available on my Spacecraft Orbits page at http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/spacecraft.html#3.4.1 which includes denser samples around the time of that encounter.

Further down the page is an xyz trajectory for Phoebe's orbit at the time, since Celestia currently places it on the opposite side of Saturn. :(
